USB device not detected? Solved

After long searching in google I finally found a personal easy solution to this problem,

1. First of all you have to download USBDeview.exe program from this webpage
2. At the bottom of webpage is the link to download it. After the download click on program and you will see all your USB devices, as in below image (click on it if you don't see it clearly)





3. Locate your not detected USB device and select it (on the left of row it have a little rounded icon red colored) .
4. At the top, with other icons there are two little rounded icons, one red colored and one green, indicated by red arrow in image
   
5. Move mouse over red icon and you will read "Enable selected Devices". 
6. Now click on the green rounded small icon .
7. Done! Now you will see not detected USB device in your pc,
