win11. Preventing buttons grouping. Problem solved

We'll not employ winaero app because would increase logoff and logon time
We'll instead employ Retrobar application. You have to execute following steps:

1. Go to this webpage: https://github.com/dremin/RetroBar/releases/tag/v1.5.6
2. At bottom of page you'll find Retrobar.zip . Click on it.
3. Retrobar.zip will be downloaded on your pc
4. Unpack the package. Now on your pc will be available Retrobar.exe app
5. Launch the application
6. Disconnect and reconnect the pc, or reboot.
7. Now we'll set the application. Right click on taskbar. Choose 'Properties'. On window that appear check 'Automatically start at logon'. Then choose: Language: 'System'. Theme:'watercolor'. Location: bottom. Then check only 'Allow font smoothing'  e 'Show quick launch'
8. Wait a few seconds until Retrobar is loaded
